All jewelry is protected by a six-month guarantee, which is only valid against manufacturing defects. It does not cover accidents, abuse, neglect, alterations made by another jeweler, or normal wear and tear. If your jewelry breaks within this period, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Out of guarantee, we accept certain types of repairs at your expense, which must first be discussed with customer service. We hope to be able to repair your part, but please be aware that some of our supplies are limited in quantity and repairs are not always possible.


PURCHASE FROM ANOTHER RETAILER
Jewelry purchased from other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please contact the retailer from whom you originally purchased the piece. If they are unable to assist you, please email us and we will do our best to assist you.
